PARTICIPATION PARAMETERS
  • Assist in finding and booking lodging for the Congress (if necessary)

  • Assist in calling a cab (if necessary)

  • Pre-register for the event and meet you with a "VIP" badge

  • Reserve a parking space and arrange entry and exit passes

  • Assign you the necessary seats in the Congress hall for your particular event

  • Orientation in the Business Space Center for the Congress period

  • Arranges availability of water and hot beverages

  • Provides access to the VIP Lounge with buffet menu from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

  • Will be available during the Congress from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The "VIP" package includes:
  • Free access for 1 participant to all sessions of the business program of the event as part of the business program of the International Logistics Congress* during October 3-4, 2023.
  • Access to the VIP Lounge
*This package does not include attendance at the Strategic Government-Business session "Board of Directors" (separate registration required).
